Direct cremations have become more popular and are chosen for different reasons.
The Funeral Director will take the body to the chosen crematorium.
The Crematorium staff will receive the body, there is no service.
The ashes will be collected by the Funeral Directors and returned to the family.
Each crematorium will differ.
Morriston Crematorium services are held every 30 minutes.
Llanelli Crematorium services are held every hour and are 40 minutes in duration.
There are very strict processes that Crematoriums must follow.
Only one body is cremated at a time.
If I talk about death am I inviting it?
Many cultures talk of death and so when a loved one passes, whilst it may not ease the heaviness in their hearts, they understand their loved ones wishes and are not left wondering. I am creating a safe space for those who want to talk.

Finding the right words can seem impossible in the immediate days of loss. While I’m not in your shoes, I know how important it is to create a safe space to feel the feelings. With compassion and support we’ll create a service together to honour and respect your loved one’s life.

Writing a eulogy can be overwhelming. I will create the story to honour them.
Personal
The story of your loved one is unique. I will listen deeply to write a tribute that honours them.
Sharing
If the thought of speaking at their service is too much, I will do this on your behalf, ensuring their story is sharing with honour and grace.
Legacy
You will receive a copy of the Eulogy, a legacy to remember your loved one’s life.
